BRIEFING
   The builder of this 17000DWT Bulk Carrier, Huipu Shipyard, is located in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Huipu Shipyard is the first CCS approved shipbuilder for CCS unlimited navigation. By now the Shipyard has produced multiple CCS and BV ships, including bulk carriers, oil tankers, chemical tankers and etc.

   This is a double bottom bulk carrier with double shell, suitble for heavy duty operation such as mine and ore, with outstanding safety and reliability. The ship features transom stern and bulbous bow, three holds with hatchs, single ME, and single screw. The ship is ZC class for greater coastal service, B class ice reinforced.

In terms of equipment, the Main Engine is a 6PC2-6L marine diesel engine provided by Shaanxi Diesel Engine Heavy Industry, with power of 2,970KW, rotating at 500rpm. The ME consumes heavy oil 180cst/50℃. The gear box is GWL66.75-WX produced by Chongqing Gearbox Company.

The ship has four Power Generators, including one Harbour Genterator and one Emergency Generator.

Currently the main structure of the ship has been finished, it is hopefully that this coming May will see its launching.
